# TakeTheme Partners

> https://partner.taketheme.com is the partner portal of the TakeTheme Partner Program. Creators, marketers, trainers and agencies invite merchants to TakeTheme — the Arabic-first e-commerce platform at https://taketheme.com — and earn 20% of every subscription those merchants pay for 6 months, tracked live and paid monthly. Joining is free and every application is reviewed by a person.

The portal is bilingual: Arabic by default, English with `?lang=en` (Arabic with `?lang=ar`). Numbers below are the program's current standard terms; a partner's own terms show in their dashboard. Support: partners@taketheme.com.

## How to join

1. **Apply in minutes** — Tell us who you are and how you reach merchants. We review every application and reply by email.
2. **Share your link or code** — Send your personal link or code to clients, followers and your community. Every visit and signup is tracked to you.
3. **Earn every month** — When a merchant you invited pays, you earn your share of each paid month. Payouts go out on day 5 of every month.
- Apply: https://partner.taketheme.com/apply · Already a partner: https://partner.taketheme.com/sign-in (one-time code by email, no password)
- Affiliates & creators: Share your link. Earn 20% of what invited merchants pay, in cash.
- Agencies & freelancers: Add your clients' stores. They get 20% off their plan.

## How commission and payouts work

- Commission: 20% of what each referred merchant pays for their TakeTheme subscription, for 6 paid months from the first payment.
- Launch bonus: the first 10 paying stores earn 100% of their first month.
- Top partner rate: once 50 referred stores have paid at least once, every new commission earns 30% instead of 20% (commissions already earned keep their rate; cash-commission partners only).
- Tracking: the referral link remembers a visitor for 60 days (last click wins); a merchant can also type the partner code at signup.
- Holding period: each commission waits 30 days (the refund window) before it becomes available.
- Payouts: on day 5 of every month once the available balance reaches 500 EGP, by bank transfer, InstaPay or mobile wallet, after identity verification.
- Agencies: 20% off the plan of every client store they add, instead of cash commission.
- Joining is free, with no fees and no sales targets. Every application is reviewed by a person.
